Proactively enforce our Member and Community Policies to build trust and provide a positive experience for our members and the Zipcar community.
Enforce policies via outbound communication with members as needed based on frequency and severity of offenses.
Investigate policy violations to determine member(s) responsible.
What drives success in this role:
1-3 years of experience previous experience working within community management, community policy, trust, safety, or fraud teams.
Experience collaborating cross functionally with fraud, customer service and operations teams.
Experience using CRM software such as Zendesk.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Minimum Bachelors Degree preferred
Must pass Zipcar driving history requirements
Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced, active environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills particularly in writing
Member-centric with a strong desire to help others
Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technology quickly, including during development with little documentation
Exhibits patience, empathy, attention to detail and a gift for problem-solving
Schedule flexibility
40 hours per week - remote friendly
Must be flexible with scheduling to account for 7 day team daily coverage across the team. For example:
7AM - 4PM EST
11AM - 8PM EST
Must be willing to work one weekend day a week as required
