**The Vacancy**

We have an exciting opportunity to join us and be part of our Customer Service Team
- Start date: 7th May 2024
- 4 week comprehensive classroom based training within the office running Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.
- Following completion of the training, this will move to a hybrid working model with **3 days per week in the office once established within the role.**

**You will**
- Join a passionate and dedicated team who work directly with our existing customers and provide support to resolve questions and queries, accurately and efficiently. You are friendly and focused whilst being able to build rapport with others and provide hands-on support to PPL PRS customers in need.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and you exhibit composure under pressure whilst being resilient and adaptable to change.
- Communicate with patience and compassion and always play fair. Even if you’re juggling more than one task, you stay conscious of others time demands as well as your own. You fulfil PPL PRS’s service commitment with style, speed, and skill. And you earn the trust of customers and co-workers alike as you communicate effectively through a variety of channels.
- Be able to identify problems and provide feedback to ensure our customer service stays relevant and current.

**Working hours**

37.5 hours to be worked Monday - Friday between 8am
- 6pm. We understand these hours don't work for everyone however we would still like to talk with you and talk through options.
