**Part-time for 1 year (may be extended for an additional year)**:

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Clinical Lead for the North of Scotland Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).

The NoS CAMHS provide support for children and adolescents who are experiencing persistent, complex and severe mental health difficulties or where there is concern about a possible neurodevelopmental difficulty.

The service is provided across the 5 Health Board areas in the North of Scotland region. Multi-disciplinary teams of staff are based in Grampian, Highland, Orkney, Shetland and Tayside and work closely with local medical, nursing and AHP professionals to provide support to children and their families.

Applicants should have extensive clinical knowledge, skills and experience in the provision of CAMHS with the leadership skills required to motivate, inspire and drive improvements in service provision through change management within a complex regional environment.

The successful post holder will require the knowledge and skills to work across traditional Health Board boundaries and organisations to support CAMHS to ensure services are equitable and accessible for all.

The appointment will be for a period of 1 year and may be extended for an additional year.

The commitment required would is 2 PAs / 8 hours per week. Job share will be considered.
