**Interim Supported Accommodation Team (ISAT).**

We have a vacancy for a Housing Support Register Coordinator in our busy team. The vacancy is fixed term, the current post holder having taken a temporary secondment to our Commissioning Team.

As part of the wider Housing Options Service, you will be at the very forefront of our service to place single homeless clients into our Supported Housing Pathways.

Our clients who in addition to homelessness, will have additional needs and vulnerabilities, may be suffering from multiple disadvantage and past trauma, will require an empathetic and informed approach to placing them in the most suitable service to meet their needs.

You will be directly responsible for ensuring clear and swift access to a range of high support placements for clients, across a range of providers.

All the Providers are part of our wider pathway, all coordinated through our Housing Support Register, a secure online interactive system. We work on a daily basis with our partners to ensure the very best outcomes and successful placements each day.

We are a small team, with diverse roles in finding accommodation for all homeless households in Bristol, the work is fast paced, whilst there is a need to deliver an excellent service to our clients and our supported housing partners. There are daily deadlines to ensure we do not leave placements empty at the end of the working day. So expect a challenge, but it is a rewarding role.

If you can work swiftly but with attention to detail and would enjoy, he ability to make decisions yourself. You have ability to absorb and retain key client information. Then this Coordinator role is for you.

The post is fixed term for 12 months, it represents and excellent learning opportunity within a supportive team. You will be able to access flexi time and hybrid working, (the role will require some office days).
