Clinic Receptionist Wanted

Usual working hours: Monday & Tuesday 1.50pm to 7pm

Applicant _must_ also be available for holiday & sick leave cover

This is an up to one year contract

Requirements: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Personable, friendly & flexible applicants should have IT experience

Main Responsibilities: To carry out the duties of a Receptionist, including welcoming

patients and supporting our Practitioners. Using our bespoke clinic

software arranging Patient appointments, collecting fees. Ensuring

that the Practice is clean, stocked and tidy, light laundry. Additionally, the

duties will include various other IT and administration tasks. End of

day shifts require light cleaning duties; emptying treatment room

bins, wiping treatment tables down, ensuring bathroom is clean &
tidy, wiping down surfaces with antibacterial spray, hoovering &
mopping when necessary. Ensuring reception areas are clean & tidy.

In 1989 Dr. Jeff Shurr DC established Chiropractic Associates as

Preston’s first Chiropractic clinic. For over three decades we have

been serving our community with best practice primary spine care.

Our ethos is to provide a warm and professional welcome to our

regular patients and those who may be considering Chiropractic care

for the first time. We value and support our reception team who offer

the first impression of our clinic to patients. We all contribute to a

spirit of unity and teamwork in our popular clinic.**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 18 per week
