**Exciting Opportunity for an Equine Receptionist at a Leading Veterinary Centre**

A fantastic opening is available for an enthusiastic receptionist to join the equine team of a prominent veterinary centre. The reception team plays a pivotal role as the initial and often final point of contact for patients and clients, contributing significantly to the equine team's success and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

**About the Role**:
The selected receptionist will collaborate closely with the head equine receptionist as an integral part of a dynamic team of five. This team is responsible for efficiently managing the requirements of 14 veterinarians and their clients, ensuring prompt and efficient 5-star customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Efficient Diary Management**:Maximize daily productivity by skillfully managing the appointment diary.
- **Precise Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of all associated documentation.
- **Professional Customer Service**:Deliver effective and professional customer service to all clients.
- **Client Interaction**:Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- **Veterinary Medication Dispensing**:Dispense prescribed veterinary medicines as per veterinarian instructions.
- **Service Promotion**:Actively promote the comprehensive services offered by the veterinary center.
- **Reception Experience**:Demonstrated experience in a receptionist role or a similar capacity. Prior involvement within a veterinary context is advantageous.
- **Administrative Proficiency**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, coupled with adept typing skills and a keen administrative understanding. Attention to detail is vital.
- **Adaptability**:Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service and accomplishing tasks to a high standard.
- **Effective Communication**:Possess an excellent telephone demeanour and strong communication aptitude.
- **Time Management**:Display effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- **Horse Knowledge**:Preferably, possess basic equine knowledge. An affable, positive, proactive, and dedicated demeanour is highly valued.
