Customer Service Representative

Farla Medical Healthcare Ltd is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, specializing in managing accounts within the care home sector. As a Care Home Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our care home clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through our range of medical healthcare products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Account Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with care home clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
- **Customer Support**: Serve as the primary point of contact for care home clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to care home clients, contributing to revenue growth targets.
- **Order Processing**: Manage order processing for care home clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfillment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines relevant to the medical healthcare industry, maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from care home clients regarding our products and services, communicating insights internally to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments within the care home sector, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous experience in customer service or account management, preferably within the healthcare or medical supply industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
