**Title**:Customer Service Coordinator

**Location**: Staines - office based

**Contract**: Full time, 15-month FTC (Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:15pm, Friday 8:30am-4pm)

You will need to be system savvy with the ability to manage and prioritise your workload to be successful in this position.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Liaise with customers, and other company contacts to ensure that reports are resolved in a timely and efficient manner within the agreed timescales and relevant KPI's
- Effectively manage customer expectations and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure escalation of complaints and queries are processed
- Manage and maintain the customer service database
- Maintain cost control and follow in house procedures to process expenses, purchase ordering and payment requests
- Monitor sub-contractor performance and report as required to Customer Service Manager

**What we are looking for**:

- Exceptional administrative and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise workload
- Self-driven with a positive outlook
- Clear focus on exceptional customer service
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent team player
- Good PC skills including Microsoft office, previous experience of Salesforce system would be an advantage but not essential
