If you’re a New Homes Customer Service Coordinator who would like to be part of a high functioning team of like-minded people, this site-based role is a perfect fit as you’ll work collaboratively with the Customer Service Manager and Operative to ensure a first-class service is delivered to your customers.

I'm looking for Customer Care Coordinators who can put themselves in the customers’ shoes and deliver the same level of service they would expect as a customer. A person who gets job satisfaction from finding a positive resolution to a problem.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating repair works on defects that occur during the post completion warranty period which will involve identification of the issue, scheduling of works and communicating with your team, site management and contractors whilst keeping the customer updated at all times.

You’ll already be working in the new homes sector so be able to hit the ground running, be a clear and concise communicator, work to a high standard, have a good level of accuracy, be very organised, able to prioritise - you get the picture.
