**Shift Pattern: Any 5 from 7 (Rotating Shifts 06:00 - 14:00, 08:00 - 16:00 and 14:00 - 22:00)**

**Salary: £21,703.44 + £500 Shift Allowance**

We are currently seeking a Stock Administrator to join our Transport team at our Sheffield site. As a Stock Administrator you will play a key role in managing the goods in diary and admin functions including PI.

**Job responsibilities of a Stock Administrator include**:

- Liaising with management and operational staff to ensure accuracy of received loads.
- Managing problem pallet area with the stock control team
- Accurately amending pick faces to maintain stock integrity ensuring all checks are completed
- Making goods in delivery bookings on the system
- Completing daily and weekly report
- Assisting Stock control department with investigations
- Liaising with operation manager with booking slot amendments/requests

**Qualifications**
As a Stock Administrator you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications:

- Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
- A good communicator who adapts to and promotes change
- A flexible approach to working duties
- The ability to fit into and work in a close team environment
- Ability to work in a high speed, pressurized environment
- Experience of process and data analysis and problem solving
- Ability to resolve issues effectively and implement sustainable solutions
- Computer literate
