Are you a hands on senior B2B marketer, with top notch lead generation skills ready to drive change at pace?
**THE COMPANY**: An established award winning business with the spirit of a scale up, our client operates across a number of B2B sectors, centred around logistics management and consulting. With strong values at their heart, they operate with dynamism and agility across a breadth of services with consistently seamless and productive relationships for their clients.
**THE ROLE**: Our client is undertaking an exciting, major programme of activities and launches, and the Head of Marketing will take a hands on approach to drive this programme to success, motivating a small enthusiastic team and engaging with the wider business, partners, clients and prospects.
Focused on transformation, the Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role in activities including a brand and website relaunch, new campaign activities, CRM and lead generation, all contributing to the organisation's strategic change programme.
Commercially focused and creative, the Interim Head of Marketing will work alongside the CMO, marketing team and external resources, leading and supporting across a range of initiatives and activities including:
- Launch the new website, with focus on brand, lead generation and customer journey impacts
- Review and track the performance of marketing across all channels, ensuring the pipeline is appropriately managed for optimum outcomes
- Lead and deliver agreed programme activities for strategic change
- Drive lead generation via creating a new approach to campaigns, supported by reviewing and launching new collateral for the business development team.
**YOU**: To be the successful Interim Head of Marketing, you will bring to the table an exceptional commercially led and data driven skill set - and an infectious, positive, "can do" mindset.
You are an experienced B2B marketer, ideally from the services environment. Brand and product development and launches are in your armoury with on and off line experience. You totally get the importance of creative and compelling content, with impactful targeted messaging.
Lead generation, particularly across a range of digital channels, most importantly PPC and SEO, is a key strength, with a passion for the customer and their experience.
It goes without saying that you have great stakeholder management skills - from the top to the bottom of an organisation and across multiple businesses, external agencies and partners.
Your attention to deadlines, clarity and pragmatism with clear deliverables are a given. Likewise, you have your finger on the reporting pulse and are comfortable with tools including Google suite, Power BI, Advanced Excel and CRM tools - experience in MS Dynamics is an advantage.
A hybrid role, it is expected you will be based in our client's Northants offices a minimum of 2 dpw.
