MacGregor Black are partnering with leading Sports brand, on the search for a Head of Digital based in Northampton.


This will be a key role in driving digital growth and introducing eCom disciplines.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement a strategic digital roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the company website and other digital platforms.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing and technology professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated digital strategies.
  • Stay current with digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Optimize user experience and ensure consistency across all digital channels.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.

What are we looking for?


  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing.
  • Track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies.
  • Understanding of web analytics, SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
