Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Key Account Management team. As a Head of Key Account Management, you will be responsible for nurturing and optimizing key customer relationships, growing new customer accounts, and driving business growth through exceptional commercial acumen and customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams within key account management/sales to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage large customer contract accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maximizing value through relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic contract management and project planning to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities, leveraging your expertise in time-critical logistics and 3PL operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading teams within key account management/sales within fast-paced logistics operations.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, with a strong understanding of financial and business metrics.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
