**The position available**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team, working full-time to uphold our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional standards of care to both our patients and our team.
- Exceptional Communication: As a treatment coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, dentists, nurses, and receptionists. Effective and clear communication is crucial to ensure a positive patient experience and seamless coordination within the dental practice.
- Patient Management: You will be responsible for managing patients' treatments, including scheduling appointments, discussing financial payments, and ensuring a smooth treatment journey. The ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and provide accurate information to patients is vital.
- Enthusiasm and Patient Focus: A key aspect of this role is having an enthusiastic approach to meeting patients' needs. You should be dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and an exceptional patient experience, ensuring their comfort, understanding, and satisfaction throughout their dental journey.
- Teamwork and Communication: Working collaboratively with the dental team is crucial. You should possess excellent teamwork skills and be adept at communicating and coordinating effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.
