- Minimum 5 years of experience in a private dental clinic.

**Position**: Dental Treatment Coordinator

**Location**: London Dental Arts, Forest Hill Area, London, UK

**Reports To**: Dr. Arman Barfeie, Shokoufeh Barfeie, Monika Atuanya

**Job Purpose**:To effectively coordinate dental treatment plans, facilitate patient education, and manage administrative tasks to enhance the patient experience at London Dental Arts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Treatment Planning**: Collaborate with Dr. Barfeie to develop and explain treatment plans to patients. Ensure patients understand the procedures, particularly in prosthodontics.

**Patient Liaison**: Act as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing queries and concerns, and maintaining a warm, welcoming environment.

**Administrative Duties**: Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the practice manager Monika and receptionist Riley to ensure smooth clinic operations.

**Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest in dental care, particularly prosthodontic treatments and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Dental Treatment Coordinator in a private clinic.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
