The role - Care and Support administrator

As Care and Support administrator you will provide administrative support to the Care and Support

Department and Contribute towards the delivery of excellent services.

We’re looking for a committed and motivated person to work with the Care and Support team in delivering a high quality service and support to our organisation

What you’ll do

You will
- Provide administrative support to the Care and Support Department - with focus on specific teams, as directed by your line-manager
- Collation and preparation of required monitoring returns, statistical records, and other reports and to run reports from various systems as required
- Provide financial admin support including oversight of invoices and payments due. Ensuring invoices

are paid within required payment terms to protect Origin’s relationship with contractors and

suppliers

What you’ll need

We’re looking for someone who has:

- Good IT skills (Microsoft packages, Excel to an advanced level, finance systems, ability to learn health and safety software and housing managing systems)
- Experience in a busy working environment with regularly changing demands
- The ability to work well within a team
- Experience taking and writing up clear and concise minutes
- Ability to use your own initiative to identify and find solutions to administration issues
