Handling all administrative duties within the department including answering telephone calls, responding to correspondence in an appropriate and professional manner and minute taking when necessary.
- Responsible for updating relevant databases such as, CoolCare, YourHippo, Skills for Care, Nourish, QCS (this is not an exhaustive list)
- To produce certificates as requested by the Training team.
- To update calendars to reflect planned training and communicate this to the homes.
- Schedule staff for training, liaising with the homes to ensure 100% attendance is achieved.
- Reconcile and authorise training hours and payments. Update relevant systems to reflect this.
- Prepare paper based training resources and registration documentation.
- Order and monitor training supplies.
- Any other duties as reasonably expected
