We currently have a rare opportunity available for an Operations Administrator to join a friendly team on a permanent full time basis ASAP based on the outskirts of Truro.

If you are from an Administration, Coordination background and are highly organised we would like to hear from you.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

- Printing off the new job packs for the Operations Team
- Monitoring daily vehicles fleet defects
- Supporting the Director with Recruitment and HR
- Booking in training for operatives
- Updating internal policies
- Dealing with client invoicing queries
- Raising weekly subcontractor invoices
- Other adhoc admin duties as required to support the business

We are seeking someone who is proactive and a self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication skills. If you have a background in the Construction industry this would be preferred.

This role is based in the office on a full time permanent basis

Working hrs are Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm

In return the company are offering an annual salary of £26k per annum
