PGL and our People & Culture team are entering an exciting period of growth, and we now have an exciting opportunity for a People administrator to join the team at Winmarleigh Hall. Reporting to the People & Culture officer, the purpose of the role is to undertake the completion of People administration processes to ensure an effective employee experience.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Complete colleague arrival administration including welcome packs, right to work checks, checking all required references, DBS checks and medical assessments are in place
- Allocate accommodation for residential colleagues
- Allocate and manage employee property including uniform, keys, lockers, and ID tags
- Be the key point of contact for centre payroll queries as well as process all payroll administration
- Assist the People & Culture Officer with resourcing administration
- Upload documents to the Company HR system e.g., contracts, contract extension agreements, end of contract reports, formal disciplinary or grievance paperwork.

**What we are looking for**:
You should have strong organisational skills, experience of self-directed work and the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines. Be IT literate in Word and Excel including the ability to produce spreadsheets and complete advanced formatting tasks. It would be desirable to have experience of working in a residential environment and have previous administrative experience. You will hold or be prepared to work towards Recruiting Safely Training and ideally have CIPD Level 3 HR qualification (or equivalent) and GCSE Grade A-C English, Maths or Functional Skills L2.
