Responsibilities for the Operations Administrator:
- Work closely with the Administrative Supervisor to oversee daily business operations tasks
- Proactively recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency
- Oversee the general admin tasks associated with the department
- Liaise with different departments to improve income generation and cost control
- Monitor hire orders and supplier relations
- Ensuring the proper organisation of compliance documents
- Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market
Ideal Qualifications for Operations Administrator:
- Experience in a business work environment preferred
- Knowledge of the hire industry and market trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Understands the importance of attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: £25,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience
All roles are full time 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday with no remote working. Interviews will be held at our Scunthorpe offices.
