DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team and delivering excellent customer service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will
- Act as the first point of contact for any queries
- Translate, analyse and deliver customer needs through effective communication
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Experience working on warehouse management systems is desirable but not essential
- Self-motivated and can work under own initiative
