The Role

Nigel Wright Recruitment are delighted to be working with a UK wide business with their search for a Project Administrator to support the Business Support Team. This role would incorporate the following duties:

- Explore new low-carbon product technologies and innovations
- Assist with developing written proposals.
- Assist with the administration of tender opportunities includes sourcing opportunities, managing client correspondence, ownership of all submissions
- Assist with supply chain engagement to undertake site surveys and pricing.
- Attend Client meetings with the Business Support Manager
- Undertake prospective Client meetings to introduce their services.
- Explore ways in which we can innovate and be more sustainable in how we deliver our services.
- Coordination and attendance of various site surveys for the purpose of proposal development
- Travel required on occasion to attend live sites or client meetings (North of England)

The Person

**Skills and Attributions**:

- Compliance
- Achieving tasks within agreed timelines for tender submissions
- Written and verbal proficiency
- To ensure understanding of the quality and environmental management systems and to work according to their requirements.
- To be aware of the environmental aspects and impacts relevant to the work of as well as ensuring compliance with any environmental legislation that is applicable to the job.
- Ensure all activities are GDPR compliant.
- Further KPIs may be agreed during employment
