**Community Executive - Manchester City Centre (Remote working) - Up to £30,000 - Agency**

Located in a brand-new city centre office well served by public transport, the role of the community executive is a new position which has been created to focus on engaging existing partners. The role is hybrid in its responsibilities from developing newbusiness to building lasting relationships so if you’re an outgoing individual who enjoys engaging with people, this role could be for you

**The Key Responsibilities of the Community Executive**:

- Engage with existing partners, providing end to end account management
- Proactively support partners with product developments to ensure they makes the most of the platform
- Schedule, monitor and report on case progress within the team and wider business
- Lead and participate in community initiatives online and in person with partners around the client offering
- Collaborate with other internal departments to deliver creative campaigns and deliver a smooth brand experience
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Client facing experience, developing, and building successful partnerships
- Excellent IT skills
- Organised and ability to multitask
- Commercially focussed
