Job Title: Senior Affiliate ExecutiveReporting to: Head of AffiliatesLocation: THG HQ (WA15 0AF)

As a Senior Affiliate Executive at THG, you'll play a key role in driving our affiliate marketing strategy and building strong relationships with our partners. Your expertise will help us achieve our business goals and stay ahead in the market.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve brand awareness.
  2. Work closely with the Senior Affiliate Manager and country managers to align our affiliate marketing efforts with our overall business strategy.
  3. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize our affiliate marketing campaigns.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of affiliate marketing initiatives.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with our affiliate partners, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to succeed.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our affiliate marketing strategy.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other digital marketing tools.
