Grace Media is an innovative and exciting Casino Operator, and we are looking for a vibrant Senior Communications Executive who’s looking to take the next step their career in marketing

The role requires an organised individual with a good level of grammar, a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage two junior team members as well as work independently.

**Key Responsibilities**

Help to implement communications and strategies to meet set KPIs

Managing and setting workloads

Supporting the wide CRM team to plan promotional campaigns

Creative but compliant copywriting

Thorough quality checking of communications and segments created by junior staff

Segmenting and targeting databases

Reviewing our tools and systems and identifying areas for improvement

Template optimisation, plus regular QA and testing

Report collation to assess the results of marketing campaigns

Reporting on essential KPIs

Analysing and improving retention journeys

Liaising with different departments within the company, e.g. compliance and design

Ensuring creativity across the team and encouraging/trying new ideas

On hand to support on relevant issues - technical, creative, time management

Problem solving

**Experience and Skills**

HTML experience desirable

Management experience desirable

Highly organised and able to multi-task

Knowledge of MS Office

Time management

Good eye for detail

Enthusiastic & motivated

Able to multi-task and meet key deadlines

Proactive and flexible

Able to work well under pressure

Superior writing skills

Strategic and analytical thinking

Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
