Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Colony Cowork LTD. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and workflows to drive growth and engagement within our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Execution: Execute marketing campaigns, website updates, customer communications, and drive brand awareness through PR and events.
  • Content Creation: Support content plans in line with the overall marketing strategy and wider business objectives, creating compelling content to engage our community.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our Sales Department and Community Teams to drive growth and retention, and work closely with our Brand Executive and Content Executive to supply assets and photos.
  • Event Marketing: Assist with marketing external events, track the effectiveness of events marketing strategies, and focus on social engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Drive engagement by creating compelling content, support re-activation strategies to engage with existing Colony members, and nurture current Colony members.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in email marketing and copywriting.
  • Skills: Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, and basic understanding of using Adobe Creative Suites.
