**Role: Sales Administrator**
**Location: Leighton Buzzard, LU7 4TE**
**Contract Type:37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30. Working 1 in every 5 weekends, with two days off during the week.**
**Salary: £21,000 per year.**

**What does the job involve?**
- This role is all about detail, you are responsible for the aftersales administration of all vehicles leaving our store for people’s driveways.
- You will organise the documents (V5’s, MOT Certificates etc) and the deal packs to ensure everything meets FDA guidelines and all our ducks are in a row.
- It’s not just packs, there will be reports to run; 3rd parties to chase for documents and plenty of other tasks to keep you engaged and interested.

Our goal is to develop a ‘right first time’ culture in our admin teams and make sure that everything is correct and reduce headaches for our staff and customers.

**What skills or experience do you need to join the team?**
- Organisational skills are probably the most important requirement in this role, you will need to ensure all of your work is done in a timely and efficient manner.
- This goes hand in hand with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Some experience in an admin role or a fast moving admin department would be ideal but isn’t essential.
