**GM&E Sales Planning Executive - London Waterloo Head Office**

**Tasks as a GM&E Sales Planning Executive include, but are not limited to**:

- confirming events, handling client requests with relevant teams, ensuring repeat business
- Responding to enquiries for all small to medium sized groups and events, using Cvent, Venue Directory, Salesforce. Communities
- Proactively converting and upselling additional products like higher room categories, drinks receptions, enhanced F&B offerings
- Engages with clients/agents in relation to their enquiries; i.e. using Upmail to send proposals, liaising with preferred suppliers
- Flexible and adaptable
- Creates personalised proposals through Upmail for events tailored for individual clients
- Actively contributes to your immediate as well as wider hotel and regional teams
- Communicates effectively with both internal and external guests/clients/agents (including hotel colleagues) via written correspondence, phone and face to face
