**Job Role - Sales Trainer (Mid-Senior Level)**

**Location - London OR Leeds (On-site)**

G&E are a group of executive search organisations currently based in the UK, operating across multiple global market sectors. We have been continuously scaling up in size and revenue since 2019, with sustained 50% growth year on year.

Since establishment, G&E have expanded from 1 company to a group of 6 across London and Leeds. With plans to continue development on an international scale, expanding into the US in 2023.

Due to our repeated success, we are to hire 60 more consultants this year alone and continue to expand and man offices through 2024/2025.

To support this growth strategy, we have established our exceptional internal training function which currently includes our head of training, head of managerial training and data specialist.

We are a value driven organisation that believes in investing in people, working with integrity and setting the bar high. To ensure all our employees are performing at the top level, we are needing to grow our training team with a **professional sales trainer specialised within SPIN sales**. This individual will be able to equip each consultant within the business to be capable of utilising solution sales techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years sales experience, including SPIN sales
- Happy to travel between Leeds and London (+ possibly the US in the future)
- Track record of B2B solutions sales experience
- Able to design and deliver effective classroom training to new and existing staff
- Develop follow up programmes to embed skills
- Competent analytical function to assist performance and follow ups
- Able to identify early adopters and underperformers and design suitable follow up programs to ensure minimum standard is met
- Recruitment experience is non-essential but nice to have
