**Responsibilities**:

- **Training and Development**: Take the lead in attracting, recruiting, and training entry-level team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the recruitment industry.
- **Mentoring**: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to help individuals reach their full potential, guiding them towards becoming successful recruiters.
- **Curriculum Development**: Create and maintain training programs, materials, and resources to keep our team up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- **Recruitment**: Act as a role model by actively participating in the recruitment process, identifying and bringing in top talent to the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a recruitment training role or a successful track record as a recruiter, demonstrating the ability to impart knowledge and skills effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals to reach their goals.
- A passion for renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure is a plus, but not mandatory.
