What the role of a Recruitment Sales Trainer involves:

  • Full responsibility for the delivery of development courses, including our client and candidate training courses
  • Create training materials, content & courses to support business materials
  • Engaging with key stakeholders within InterEx Group to understand their business and what support is needed for their consultants
  • Provide phone coaching and at-desk support for consultants
  • Identify & report training needs in the business to leaders
  • Contribute and keep up to date with business changes
  • Positively impact culture and atmosphere

What we require from a Recruitment Sales Trainer:

  • Experience in recruitment is essential
  • Learning and Development and/ or Sales Training background is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
  • Coachable personality with the ability to think on your feet
  • Proven track record of success
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrating enthusiasm for the recruitment industry
  • Accountability for learning outcomes
  • Proactively identifying improvements for training and development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be prepared to offer support and advice outside of the structured training program
