JOB TITLE: Training Officer - Care Sector/Learning and Development Advisor
The COMPANY
Our client is a well-established not for profit trust. They are now one of the UK's largest organisations in their field employing over 4000 people. Our client is looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to contribute to keeping a well trained and motivatedworkforce.
The ROLE
Learning and Development Advisors, covering the Oxfordshire region, are responsible for:

- Delivering training both face to face and online.
- Supporting managers and employees with planning and implementing workforce development.
- Co-ordinate learning and development activities
- Delivering training to employees in care homes.
- Recording and updating training, learning and development.
- Undertake assessment activities with employees.
- Undertake relevant CPD
- Liaise with and support Area Operations Managers as required.
This role is hybrid and they are happy for you to work from home 2 or 3 days a week
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for an experienced Learning and Development Advisor with the following skills and experience:

- Experience delivering training
- Excellent communication skills
- Background in training and development
- Health and Social Care/Adult Social Care
SALARY: £23,690 - £25,705
