Accounts Assistant

**Role Specific Responsibilities**
- Weekly raising of invoices to members for both central billing and hub fees
- Liaising with members to resolve queries
- Assisting members with Nexus system (training will be provided)
- Production of various month end and ad hoc reports to tight deadlines
- Allocation of payments both received and sent to ensure tidy ledgers are always kept
- Assistance with updating company cash flow forecasts
- Preparation of ad hoc reports from internal stake holders
- Prompt resolutions of queries
- Build and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders
- General admin duties
**Working hours**: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm (hybrid working offered after 3 months)
**Strengths, Skills and Competencies**
- Previous experience in an accounts / finance role
- Experience of both purchase ledger and sales ledger
- Excellent communication skills
- Methodical approach to work with strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and excellent time management
- Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level
