**Position Overview**: As an Office Operations Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operations of our business. From accounts administration and job scheduling to data migration and business development, you will wear multiple hats, making every day both challenging and rewarding.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Administration**: Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial report generation.

**Data Input/Migration**: Accurately input data into relevant systems and support any data migration projects, ensuring data integrity at all times.

**Job Scheduling**: Organise, prioritise, and schedule jobs/tasks ensuring efficient resource utilisation and timely completion.

**Training Support**: Aid in the preparation and coordination of internal training sessions, including managing schedules, materials, and feedback collection.

**Compliance**: Ensure all business processes are in line with industry regulations and company policies.

**Business Development**: Provide administrative support to the business development team, including preparing presentations, researching potential opportunities, and managing client communications.

**Manager Support**: Assist managers in administrative tasks, scheduling, and any other operational needs to ensure the smooth functioning of the team.

**Desired Qualities and Qualifications**:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.

**Salary**: £20,292.90-£25,553.18 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
