**Who you’ll be working for**:
Pickford's are the UK’s largest moving and storage company, providing a large portfolio of services to a diverse range of customers and clients, including home owners, businesses and government departments.

The office is currently looking for their next apprentice to join the team. With a successful pathway already in place this is a great opportunity to replicate previous apprentices who have been very successful and now in senior positions within the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inbound and outbound calls with clients and customers
- Reporting customer information onto CRM system - using system Revision
- Sorting invoices/statements to be mailed
- Deal with outgoing and incoming mail - outlook
- Raise work orders/create jobs with operations
- Support managerial scheduling and planning
- Use of Excel for reporting

**Salary**:
£14,605.50 per annum

**Working week**:
37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, 1 hour lunch break.

**Future prospects**:
90% of QA Apprentices secure full-time employment after finishing their apprenticeship.

Throughout your apprenticeship you are supported by your skills coach and your account manager. They work with your line manager to ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.

At the end, as well as the valuable experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification.
