**Who you’ll be working for**:

Keane Premier Group are looking for a friendly, confident individual who is keen to learn and develop. Full comprehensive training will be provided however the ability to communicate and use own initiative is something they are keen to see.

**Working week**:
30 hours per week, Monday - Friday 10am - 4:30pm

**Salary**:
£14,000 per annum

**In this role, your main responsibilities will be to**:

- Field calls
- Liaise with families who contact the business - taking notes, fielding calls, and passing to management
- Liaise with staff - taking staff names, informing management, handing out PPE, checking staff visits/ rotas
- Carry out all administrative tasks i.e. filing, copying, scanning, distributing paperwork

**Future prospects**:
Upon completion of your apprenticeship there is the possibility to continue your role at Keane Premier Group At the end, as well as the valuable experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification.

**Important information**:
Throughout your apprenticeship you are supported by your skills coach and your account manager. They work with your line manager to ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.
