HR Administrator/assistant Temporary

REED Business Support in Bath is honoured to be working with a highly respected business in Bath in their search for an **HR Administrator.**This role is to start immediately.
Monday to Friday
£25,000 - £28,000
Temporary / 12 month FTC
Hybrid, 2-3 days from home, the rest from the office.
The successful **HR**individual will ideally have a background in HR administration and be available to start immediately.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- To act as support to the HR Manager
- To provide a full administrative service covering recruitment, starters and leavers, sickness absence monitoring, maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave and general terms and conditions of employment
- To be responsible for data entry and maintenance of the HR and payroll database, and electronic staff and learning and development records, as instructed
- To attend and produce minutes/ notes for meetings as required
- To liaise as appropriate with both internal and external customers and suppliers, gathering and passing on relevant information and building positive relationships to ensure effective communication.
- Possess strong IT skills (MS Office and database)
- Have strong communication skills, be a genuine team player
- Have administrative experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Be a self starter, excellent attention to detail and able to spot mistakes
