We are a new Production factory working in central Grantham.

Our company ethos is very green as is our product and it is important our employees have similar outlook to the environment and climate.

We are currently looking to fill the role of Office Administrator; this will be a crucial role within the team. The job will be hitting the ground running and will need a person not easily flustered.

The position will report to the Managing Director.

Experience in various office departments will be an advantage.

The person employed to fill this position will need good communication skills to be able to coordinate with other employees and to support the Managing Director and our customers.

This job will come with a degree of responsibility, and we are looking for a person who can respect the responsibility and their position, but we are also looking for a person with a good sense of humour and can deal with stressful situations coolly and calmly and someone with a degree of fun at the appropriate times.

They will need to be able to show initiative and the ability to work under pressure.

Description:

- Designing and implementing new filing systems
- Implementing Policies and procedures that have been compiled.
- Help with recruiting and training.
- Managing attendance and sickness registers
- Updating personnel files and training records.
- Organising training days
- Purchasing daily requirements from the production floor
- Managing office supplies
- Booking accommodation and travel plans
- Managing the MDs diary
- Getting invoices approved.
- Getting overtime approved.
- Liaise with the Finance department.
- Maintain Health & Safety Records
- Produce reminders for Document updates and reviews with the relevant staff.
- Managing daily correspondence.
- Organise transport and logistics in conjunction with the Production Manager.
- Complete and administer the production data.
- Internal testing of product and organising external testing of product.
- Assist with certification audits.

**Required Qualifications**

Must have at least 3 years’ experience in administration

Training will be given for areas the successful applicant is not familiar in.

Microsoft Office skills are essential, especially excel & word.

A good computer IT knowledge and social media knowledge would be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Grantham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Aministration: 3 years (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)

Work Location: One location
