We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our clients’ fast-paced and dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our clients’ business and ensuring the smooth processing of orders, invoices and customer inquiries. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:

- Accurate Invoices
- Sales brochure creation
- Customer and supplier communications
- Providing your colleagues with daily administrative tasks

Office Administrator’s Skills and Experience required:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Familiarity working with CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
