A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to be based at our busy Toyota dealership in Grantham. We are looking for an organised and driven individual to assist the current administration team with the day to day work flow of the department.

**The role will include**:

- Compiling delivery packs
- Checking paperwork post delivery
- Answer incoming calls to the department
- Assisting visitors coming to collect vehicles
- Ensuring visitors are introduced to the correct member or staff
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ad hoc administration duties

**What we’re looking for**:

- The person we are looking for will have a confident outgoing personality and excellent communication skills to successfully converse with people at all levels both internally and externally.
- Clear handwriting and computer literacy are paramount.
- Ability to work to deadlines.

**The typical working hours for this role are**: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm with a 1 hour lunch break. 42.5 hours can be worked over 7 days, so flexibility may be considered.
