You will need an excellent eye for detail and be able to work within a fast paced and complex environment. You should be technically minded, motivated, agile, with good time management skills also, ownership of work is extremely important.

**This is a hybrid working role with the requirement to be in the officeweekly.**

**What you will be doing**:

- Maintaining databases, data inputting and managing shared mailboxes.
- Running financial and accountancy reports.
- Receiving payment batch approval notifications.
- Reviewing documentation for general completeness.
- Checking the payment account allocations and review bank accounts.
- Online approval of payments within specified time scales
- Supporting the GL and VAT teams with general process
- Other ad hoc duties commensurate with the role, including minute taking.

**What you will bring**:

- Data entry and typing skills with attention to detail.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office e.g., Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
- Organisational and multitasking skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication.
- The ability to work in a team and independently with the ability to self motivate.
- Flexibility and openness to change.

**It would be great if you had**:

- Understanding of finance and accountancy terminology
- Experience with working to tight deadlines
- Experience with Oracle
