**HR Admin/ Payroll Team Leader**

**Location - Leeds, LS27 0LL**

**Hours - Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 17:00pm**

In this role you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of HR and Payroll Administrators. You will be required to lead on transactional HR and Payroll systems and activities as well as involvement in HR related projects, oversee company benefits and pensions along with ensuring the monthly payroll runs successfully.

You will provide professional advice, support and ongoing re-education to the business on HR and payroll transactional activities as well as maintaining working relationships with external organisations such as HMRC and Salary Finance. In addition, you will manage and oversee administrative support for TUPE transfers (in / out) and work with Finance to produce data for audits and any ad hoc queries.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative HR and payroll environment
- Knowledge of HR and payroll systems
- Experience of managing a team
- Experience and ability of delivering customer-focused service and solutions
- Experience of setting up new payrolls and small and large scale TUPE/acquisitions
- Able to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently
- Attention to detail and works accurately
- Ability to use computers to intermediate level for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, including vlookups and pivot tables

We’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have great communication skills and a can do attitude. You will need to have experience gained in a busy, target driven HR department in a corporate environment.
