Psychiatric Liaison Team Administrator

We are looking for a talented administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team the Psychiatric Liaison Service based at Stoke Mandeville Hospital.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the operations of the service.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, ability to work autonomously and experience in all aspects of administration.
We are looking for someone to support the team on a full time basis Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00.
To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Psychiatric Liaison Service.
Your main role will be to ensure the day to day process is followed, this includes administrating referrals, keeping the electronic patient records up to date and organising meetings and minute taking. Also responding to queries from the friendly clinical team regarding core functions of the administrators such monitoring clinical documents, inbox queries and telephone enquiries.
We are looking for someone with proven extensive experience in administration and secretarial work, good communication skills, IT skills working with MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel.
