We are currently recruiting for an E-Commerce Administrator to liaise with sales, marketing and production to ensure that the online shops arekept up to date with content, images, prices and stock availability.

The role of E-Commerce Administrator will suit someone with the following attributes:

- Exceptional customer service and listening skills, with ‘customer focus’ behaviour.
- Ability to interact diplomatically with all customers, whatever the circumstances.
- Capacity to remain calm under pressure and to meet demanding deadlines.
- Excellent personal time-management, organisation and planning skills

Computer literacy is essential, and we are keen to find someone with a working knowledge of Sage, Qlikview, Shopify, Office 365.

The role E-Commerce Administrator will involve:

- Manage the company catalogue on company website, including processing orders, invoicing and providing shipping information to the customer.
- Liaise with Amazon to ensure that listings and stock levels are maintained
- Work with marketing and sales to list and promote products on special offers, such as Prime Day and Cyber Weekend.
- Provide E-commerce reports to the management team
