An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious Customer Service Advisor, Sales Administrator, or Sales Executive, to join a well-established business, based in Andover Hampshire.

Salary - £23,000 + benefits

Job type - Permanent

Working Hours - 8.30am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4pm Friday

This is a fantastic opportunity and would suit someone looking to kickstart or continue their career within Commercial Sales / Digital Sales. Ideally, you will come from a traditional sales background, customer services, e-commerce, or a traditional marketingenvironment. However, my client is open to school / college / uni leavers, but you must be technically savvy and interested in starting your career in Sales.

**Key skills required for a Customer Service Coordinator**:

- Technically Savvy with a genuine interest in Sales.
- Experience/or an understanding of trading in an online environment (listing and selling on eBay/Facebook marketplace would be hugely desirable but this is not essential as training will be provided.
- A sales-driven self-starter who enjoys working to a deadline
- Organised with good attention to detail and the ability to manage large amounts of data.
- PC literacy - use of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

**Key purpose of the Digital Sales Executive role**:
The role is a key support function as part of the Retail & E-Commerce team in the delivery of profitable and sustainable growth, helping launch new products, and delivering best-in-class digital content.

**Key responsibilities for a Technical Sales Administrator**:

- Drive sales through efficient processing and understanding the role that digital content plays versus the sales driven from these platforms.
- Implement price adjustments, listing quality improvements, and promotional activity on marketplaces and the company website to drive sales on targeted products and campaigns.
- Collation of all forms of digital content from internal sources to implementing high-quality content across relevant marketplaces, retail and e-commerce customers, ensuring the digital presence supports and enhances our product offering and brand strategyboth in the UK and globally.
- Monitor marketplaces and websites to ensure the business is continuously improving its digital content, recommending improvements to reflect a best-in-class position and keeping up to date with the latest digital trends.
- Collate from internal sources product information, photography, CGI imagery, video content, written copy, and technical assets to prepare information for upload onto customer and marketplace-specific software and portals.
- Support the company Digital Sales Strategy, optimising SEO and communication techniques on company websites and marketplaces both within the UK and Worldwide.
- Monitor traffic to websites and products, reporting on the performance of the digital channels/activities using tools like Google Analytics, feeding back to stakeholders, and using the data to inform future activities.
