Sustainability Lead and Administrator

**For a fixed period of maternity cover (of up to 1 year),** Cheltenham College is looking to appoint a strong Administrator who has a keen interest in sustainability and will enjoy the challenge of driving forward exciting changes in the role of Sustainability Lead.

In addition to providing excellent administrative support to the Deputy Bursar, the postholder will be encouraged to question existing practices, propose new ideas and should also be capable of demonstrating pragmatism and high-level influencing skills in order to achieve results.

A genuine interest in sustainability is essential and the postholder will participate in environmental education and research as well as providing marketing content and working on initiatives to raise awareness across the entire school.

This is a full-time, full-year post working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Dependent on experience and qualifications, the salary will be between £25,000 - £27,500.
