Governance Administrator

This is a very exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for quality and safety improvement to join our dynamic, forward-thinking, and collaborative Quality and Governance team. The Governance Administration Coordinator will play a key role in providing administrative, system and analytical support to the Integrated Governance and Quality Department.
The post holder will have responsibility for supporting the overseeing, administrating and developing our Local Risk Management System (DatixWeb). The role will also involve responsibility for providing expertise and advice on the development, function and training for the Trust’s key Local Risk Management System, DatixWeb.
Warrington and Halton Hospitals is a Teaching Trust that operates across two sites and offer specialist care to patients with a range of complex medical and surgical conditions, in addition to a full range of expert inpatient and outpatient services. A dedicated planned care centre located at Halton Hospital in Runcorn enables elective procedures to continue uninterrupted by the patient flow challenges of the ‘hot’ site at Warrington, where urgent, unplanned and critical care, maternity and women’s and children’s services are provided.
A CQC-rated ‘Good’ organisation with ‘Outstanding’ features, it is working towards university hospital status having achieved teaching status in 2019 and is working in partnership with the University of Chester and others in this regard.

This is an administrative role within the Integrated Governance & Quality Department and will involve responsibility for supporting the overseeing, administrating and developing our Local Risk Management System (DatixWeb). The role will also involve responsibility for providing expertise and advice on the development, function and training for the Trust’s key Local Risk Management System, DatixWeb.
The post-holder must have previous knowledge and experience of governance processes and the associated guidance, policy and systems.
