We are looking for talented, strong, enthusiastic individuals who want to progress and take the next step in their career and join our well-established children’s residential care setting. In this role you will be encouraging and supporting children between the ages of 5-18, who have experienced some sort of trauma or that have emotional behavioural difficulties. And individual approach is taken in which our services meet the requirements of the children.

**What is required for this role?**
- Related experience such as Care Assistant, Support worker, care worker or any other relevant social care experience.
- Real passion for making a difference in children’s lives.
- Good communication and ability to provide specialist advice and guidance to the children and young people.
- The ability to be an influential role model to the children.
- Understanding of trauma and the ability to deal with challenging behaviour.
- Top quality team working skills.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
