**Administrator Assistant**

Exciting opportunity has arisen within our company and we are seeking a passionate enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team.

Weekly wage - Negotiable depending on experience

You will be Paid on a weekly basis

**Working Week - 37.5hrs per week**

Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 17:00

45 minute lunch break

Start date - Immediate

Based at our head office in Paisley

We require an Administrative Assistant with a willingness to learn and an interest in providing excellent customer service with good interpersonal skills

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Answer and redirect incoming telephone calls
- Making outbound calls to customers
- Accurate record keeping
- Filing
- Updating our job tracking system and client portals

**Requirements and prospects**

Desired skills
- Communication / Interpersonal skills, with good telephone manner
- Organisational skills
- IT Skills, experience of Microsoft office packages / Accounts experience beneficial
- Time management Skills
- Good time keeping Skills are essential
