We are looking for the right people to join our team. We offer a salary of £23,900-£25,000 dependant on experience. We want to support our team starting out in a new career pathway with the relevant skills. Also, anyone who has experience in the insurance industry. The salary displayed is based on a 40 hour contract however, we are flexible with a **variance of hours** available so just ask when we talk to you. You will be working part office and part home based with our hybrid option.

**Overall Job Purpose for Customer Service Advisor**:

- Supporting our Customers on what they need
- Taking Inbound calls from Customers via the telephone who might be often poorly and so may be going through a challenging and emotional time in their lives and they will need to speak to us about their private medical insurance cover.
- Support the Customer from when they first call us to talk about their illness all the way though to a diagnosis and treatment plan. This is a fast-paced environment where every customer counts.

- You’ll have great listening skills with the ability to understand the needs and feelings of our customers.
- You’ll also need to have good computer literacy skills and be able to confidently navigate your way around a laptop or desk top with multiple systems.
- A natural carer with the ability to actively listen and question around our customers’ needs, finding solutions for our customers in a timely manner
- Ability to use multiple systems whilst building rapport and supporting our customers
